I was analyzing the roles of CEO and COO today, and I realized just how much

 

Why is Religious “blessings” perceived as such a Violation to Non-Religious People?

Today, I witnessed an attack on my Friend and the attacker then laid down and played the wounded Victim claiming to be “threatened” when in fact she was practicing Prejudice and Bigotry while refusing to Learn.

And I confronted the Attacker and shamed her for the False Accusation of Prejudice and Bigotry. I was reminded of a Kindergartner Room where two children were brought together, and one child was mean and offended the Other because she was scared and witnessed something unknown — she couldn’t figure out the threat, so she attacked and left.

I reviewed the situation from the Psychological Point of View and Learning Point of View. How best to Teach “If you face an Unknown, then Learn.” Assess if you are Safe. Only if you are in Danger, should retreat. But then, LEARN.

This was done after I spent the last few hours Last night and this morning about “How to eliminate the threat of Racism.”

I’m looking at the Office setting. Watching the People around me move and seeing who stands out, and who seems to be a Spectator. Who seems to be stepping into Their Mission Role…

I remember what a friend of mine recently said to me — “You need a CEO and a COO.”

I’ve been trying to figure out what all these roles are. I know “Executive Assistant” is needed. I feel another role — a Scheduler, Project Organizer, Order Planner — I’m remembering the Flow of Business.

  1. Orders come in for Buildings and Projects.
  2. Orders come in for Ethical Upgrades.
  3. Orders come in for Community Gaia Nourishment Packages.

Orders come in.

Societal Upgrades are Planned.

“It’s like a full PEMA in a Box.” “The People’s Emergency Association.”

Another piece just “clicked” into place.

Projects go out and we build.

I researched CEO and COO and that is when I discovered Stephen A. Miles. It began with how surprised I was at the Alignment of Business to Mother Nature’s Formulas and The Math. No one is every this close. When I dug into the Source, I discovered Stephen A. Miles.

I went to the Wikipedia Page on him and saw his credentials and studies. Nigerian Education and MA in Psychology. He had The Life Formula.

I was thrilled. This meant two things :

1 – Every Modern Business that was built using Stephen A. Miles’ work was built on the Organic Foundation. That means, we are not starting from Scratch!

2 – Those Businesses do not need a full Makeover! Their Skeletal Frame is in great shape! They just need to upgrade the Network and 6 Tiers! This means a lot less work and also, we can salvage a lot!

I was standing in the world of CTO and R&D while also playing CEO to my own Business. I told my CFO Team today that I struggle with Sales. I haven’t been able to figure out an Ethical alternative, when they said, “It’s Education… Sales is supposed to be Education.”

I am the Educational Department.

And the I started to see everything Shift.
