Arrogance is the Emotion of Leadership.
It is the Confidence, Determination, and the Authority combined that establishes a steadfast Boundary between one’s Self and their Mission, and the Opinions and Paths of others.
With Respect, Arrogance is the Emotion that acknowledges the paths of others while also strongly establishing and realizing and protecting the path the Leader is on. It is the Focus and the Knowing that keeps a Leader from being persuaded off of their path.
Arrogance is the enemy of Narcissists who seek to obtain and control the focus of the Leader.

This is a Correction. I RARELY find error in my work. This is the 2nd Error I found, which means, I now have to review 100% of everything I’ve done up to this point.
Arrogance in this original post was the wrong word. I was talking about “Pride.” It took me awhile to realize “Pride” and “Arrogance” had been — compliments of Abusers and Advantage Holders — integrated in Meaning to keep people away from Pride.
By 2023 December, I had not yet figured out that Language was the Weapon of Narcissists.
This post should read “PRIDE” and not “Arrogance.”
Arrogance is a Refusal to Learn or Humble in Submission to Learn to Preserve Their Advantage. Arrogance is the Preservation of Advantage and “Control” over “Learning” and Growth.
And Pride is a Feeling. Not an Emotion.
