These are all symptoms that the Individual is not Self-Regulating for Comfort effectively, most likely because they DEPEND on a CAREGIVER to comfort them for them.

“I want,” but “I’m afraid,” and I lack the COURAGE (The 1st Ethic) to overcome and face my Fear

Core Belief of the 1st Perspective : “I don’t believe I can save myself.” Which is why they don’t face their fears.

Core Belief : I cannot comfort myself. Others have to do it for me.

In Psychology, many people, assign their “Ideal Weight” for their “Point of Origin” without realizing it. This causes severe discouragement, overwhelm, anxiety, which results in discouragement and, in some cases, another “addiction” episode followed by Self-Loathing.

So many people use comparison to measure their progress, not realizing that they have assigned their “You of I” as their Point of Origin.

Immediately, they feel impossible overwhelm. They measure who they are in their Now to their You of I and they never get started.
